Steadfast offers an integrated approach to learning, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for students. With the Bible and a biblical worldview as its bedrock and history as its spine, Steadfast integrates Western Civilization, Bible, literature, composition, worldview, philosophy, apologetics, humanities, religion, political theory, American government, American history, and geography. Over the course of four years, students earn 17.5 high school credits. Just add math, science, and foreign language!
Steadfast makes high level learning accessible and is extremely user-friendly. Student notebooks are divided into 34 weeks of work, with each week featuring a Week at a Glance page and side tabs, clearly delineating assignments. This makes it an open-and-go program so that students can work independently. We even have Student Weekly Plans which further pace out work over a four-day week. Teacher notebooks offer answers and suggestions for grading. Rubrics are provided to help teachers grade projects and essays.
Whether your teen is doing high school alone at home or in a co-op or small group setting, Steadfast has your back. For those working in community with others, we have developed Teacher Lesson Plans. For those at home, we are developing Table Talk, which provides essential talking points so parents can connect with their students for a brief time one day a week to discuss what they’re learning.
